The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with lovely touches like painted murals on the walls. The staff were helpful, especially Magda at the reception were really nice for us, arranged a taxi for our early morning departure and even providing us with a packed breakfast. We loved the central location - it was easy to explore the city and we were always close to the main attractions. the service was fast and the staff were very friendly. Plus, we truly enjoyed the breakfast every morning and had great meals in the restaurant that was never too busy.
The wifi was a bit spotty in our room, which made it difficult to connect at times.

Great hotel! The breakfast was amazing, they had a wide variety of food and everything was so delicious. They also offered a very affordable wine in the room which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was perfect, with everything just a short walk away. The room was so comfortable, especially the big windows that let in lots of natural light.
The pillows were a bit flat, but they did offer two for each person, so we managed just fine. The only other thing was that we were surprised by the new policy of having to pay in advance when we arrived, as we had never experienced this before.
